BLIND BEAST Reviewed by bonnie banks A momma's boy sculptor who happens to be blind finds the ultimate figure/statue in an art gallery. He has to sculpt this statue himself with the same model he decides after feeling up the object for an hour. The perfect woman!! His studio is a surreal cluster of giant body part all over the walls. It's goooooooorgeous: Giant Eye wall/Giant arm wall/Giant tittie wall. Great. That alone makes this movie worth seeing. But mom doesn't see eye to eye with resonable things that her son is doing (losing his virginity to a 'slut'), but she okays other deviant behavior and assists him in his wacky caper of getting the perfect woman to be a model for his needs. The sculptor is considered a genius within the few associates who know him and his psychosis is indulged to the fullest. This is almost some odd vampire movie by the very end as the depravity builds up to extreme behavior breakdowns. Goddamn great movie. |
